Past Life Regression Explained

Whether a past life is real, a metaphor, or a figment of the imagination, the experiences gained during a regression are relevant, and there may be much to be learned.

Past life regression therapy has emerged as a useful and interesting therapy. It has helped many people to understand and heal present life issues, and gain insight into their own life purpose and personality. Some people are just curious, and are interested in who or what they were.

Whatever your reason for having a Past Life Regression, I will ensure that you are comfortable and relaxed about the process. You can be reassured that you that you will be safe at all times, and should there be any unpleasant "memories" I will be able to guide you at all times. You will experience a light hypnotic trance, enabling you to "experience" past lives for yourself.

Here is My First "Past Life Regression"

As I lay on the couch, hearing the words of my hypnotherapist, and feeling lovely and relaxed...

I began to think, "It's not working for me"

The hypnotherapist continued..."See through the eyes of the you then...what do you see?"

"Nothing", I thought to myself, "It hasn't worked."

Everything was black, and I felt so disappointed. Then came a small spec of light, a tiny circle...and it was getting bigger. Then I realised I was in a tunnel, and moving forwards.

"Are you ok, Sandra?" she asked, (apparently I was looking very puzzled!).

"Yes", I replied.

As I came out of the tunnel, I realised I was steering a barge or narrow boat.

"What is your name?" she asked.

"Tom"

As the regression went on, I become aware of wearing a green knitted jumper,  my large round tummy, lighting my pipe, which I could actually taste, and rubbing my bald head! (I've gots loads of hair in this life!)

Tom seemed to be a friendly, contented and honest man, working on the canals at the turn of the century. I was unable to "remember" any specific details, or much more information, I was just left with a wonderful peaceful feeling as my regression ended.

The really funny thing for me about my first regression though, is before the regression, I had an irrational canal phobia, for which there really was no reason at all. The phobia has completely gone now. Real or imagined, it really has made a difference!
